There are some delays in arrival time due to COVID-19
Saltwater Sandal orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx 2-Day or UPS, typically shipping from our facility the next business day. We offer free shipping on all orders. Typical arrival time for USPS Priority Mail and Fedex is 2-3 business days after shipping. UPS takes 1-5 business days for delivery. Please remember that delivery times may be longer during holiday season.
Large orders may need to ship UPS Ground. Multiple orders may be consolidated for shipping at the shipper's discretion.
Some deliveries will require a signature. Please make sure there is a trustworthy person at your stated address to accept your order.
Returns and Exchanges:
We are proud to offer only the highest quality products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days, provided that shoes are in new/unworn condition with original box and packing slip. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. If you believe that a product you received is defective, please email us for an individual return merchandise authorization.

Returns and Exchanges must be processed within 30 days of purchase. Shoes must be in new condition with original shoe box and Invoice.
Return: Mail shoes back to above address. Write on the invoice that you would like a refund. Once we receive your package, we will refund credit card used for purchase.
Exchange: Mail sandals back to above address. Write on the invoice the new size/color/style you would like to exchange for.
